How Voltplot processes personal data under GDPR and Austrian law.

2. Why we process data

We need your name, email and message to answer an inquiry, and account data to provide your account.
3. Recipients
We share data with providers for hosting (Cloudflare, Render), sign-in (Auth0, Google, Microsoft), AI and search (Microsoft, Anthropic, Vercel, Mistral, Exa), maps (Mapbox, Esri, Cesium), email and scheduling (Resend, Google, Cal.com), customer management (Attio), and analytics and monitoring (PostHog, Sentry, Pydantic). Some process data in the USA, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Copies of these safeguards: [email protected].
4. How long we keep data
We keep inquiries until they and any follow-up are done, account data until you delete your account, and project data until your organization deletes it. Files uploaded for conversion are deleted within seven days, usually right after conversion. Analytics and logs are deleted automatically when each provider's retention period ends.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest. We make no automated decisions with legal or similar effects on you. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another EU supervisory authority.
